The "Your Data" tab
A dashboard tab — on the main navigation, not buried in settings — showing exactly what's exportable, where it lives, and when it last synced. Continuous mirror to a destination you control: your S3 bucket, your Postgres, your Git repo.
The contract clause
Every agreement guarantees complete data export within 14 days of any termination, in non-proprietary formats (CSV/JSON), covering your records, templates, agent configurations, and full conversation history. No exit fees. No questions asked.
Per-tenant intelligence
Your system learns from your data only. Models and learned context never cross tenants. The compounding advantage your team builds — voice, patterns, outcomes — stays yours, and leaves with you if you go.

The fine print, plainly
Exports are available on demand from the dashboard and automatically on termination. Formats: CSV and JSON, documented. Delivery: direct download or to your configured destination. Conversation exports respect the consent and retention rules configured in your tenant (GDPR applies to us as much as to you — that's a feature). This pledge is published here, versioned, and referenced in every contract; changes only ever expand it.
